Application Process

Schedule a Visit

Tour our classrooms, meet our teachers, and receive a welcome packet with tuition options and enrollment requirements.

Complete an Application

Submit an application online or at our front office, with required documents:

  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Previous school transcripts (if applicable)
  • Completed student and parent questionnaire

Financial Assistance & Scholarships

Learn about tuition assistance including Ohio's EdChoice Scholarship Program. Complete scholarship forms before the deadline — our admissions team can guide you through financial assistance and payment plans.

Student & Family Interview

Meet with our principals and admissions team to discuss your child's academic needs. Assessments may be conducted if needed to ensure the best placement.

Admission Decision & Next Steps

Families receive an acceptance letter with next steps. Complete final paperwork including medical forms and tuition agreements, then attend New Family Orientation.
